HOME DELIVERED MEALS

The Home Delivered Meals Program provides nutritious meals, provided and  delivered by Adult Centers to Senior Citizens age 60 and over, in response to the participant’s temporary or chronic physical, mental, or environmental limitations.  Please contact your local Adult Center for more information.
